Students must bring a copy of their voucher which confirms they have passed the on line portion of the class. A $5.00 cash administrative fee will be collected at that time.
Note: If you are under age 18 you must print the Parental Approval form and have a parent or guardian sign. Please bring this signed form with you when you attend the course. Parental Approval Form.pdf
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.
