General Class Information

Join us for a hands-on coastal foraging adventure along New Hampshire’s shoreline. Learn where and how to responsibly gather edible coastal plants and seafood, then roll up your sleeves to harvest and prepare wild foods like Glasswort, periwinkles, invasive crabs, oysters, seaweed, and more. Participants will take home a jar of quick-pickled Glasswort they make themselves. This medium-activity workshop includes time in marshy, muddy areas—rainboots strongly recommended. Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces.

In order to receive a refund, minus a $5 processing fee, you must cancel your participation prior to the cancelation deadline. Any cancellations past that date will not receive a refund.
