Growing Up WILD
This Growing Up WILD workshop is designed for educators and caretakers of children ages 3–7 who want to spark curiosity and wonder about the natural world. Through fun, hands-on activities and shared discussion, participants will explore ways to connect young children with nature through play, stories, art, music, and movement. The workshop will highlight how to integrate science and environmental concepts into early childhood learning in developmentally appropriate ways, both indoors and outdoors. Participants will leave with practical ideas and confidence to bring wildlife and nature exploration into everyday classroom routines, childcare settings, and family playtime.
All participants will take home their own copy of the Growing Up WILD curriculum book and receive a certificate for completing this 3-hour professional development course.
