A nominal fee of $5 will be required upon entrance. In addition, the Chief Instructor will be sending out parent consent and waiver of liability forms that will need to be signed upon entrance as well.
Note: If you are under age 18 you must print the Parental Approval form and have a parent or guardian sign. Please bring this signed form with you when you attend the course. Parental Approval Form.pdf
If you need to cancel please do so at least 2 days in advance.
You must be at least 12 years of age to participate
